From yarns to the finishing process: real creation of furnishing fabrics and velvets
Production takes place in Nibionno, where our factory covers an area of 15,000 square meters / 160,000 square feet with a vertical operation cycle: yarn storage, warping, weaving, finishing, final inspection, warehousing and shipping.
Yarns are made of cotton,wool, linen, viscose, polyester, polyacrylic, polypropylene, polyester FR, Trevira CS. Fabrics are yarn dyed (color woven) and piece dyed.
Viganò’s historical library contains thousands of patterns that our internal design team, with the support of modern textile CADs, can develop into exclusive colors, constantly adapting to changing market trends.
Every year our velvets and fabrics collections are renewed according to the newest trends, as our international design studio advances our fashion evolution.
